Family Job Board
Responsibilities keep the house running. Gigs create extra value.
Everyone helps because we live here together. Paid gigs are extra jobs that solve bigger problems, save time, improve the home, or create value.
The Core Rule
Responsibilities are unpaid. They are the normal work of being part of the household.
Gigs are paid. They go beyond the baseline and create extra value.
The Golden Rule of Stuff
If you used it, moved it, dirtied it, opened it, spilled it, or left it out, it belongs to you until it is handled.

Payment Rules
- Normal responsibilities must still be handled before paid gigs.
- Gigs should be approved before starting unless a parent has clearly listed them as available.
- A rushed or incomplete job may be sent back for a redo before payment.
- Bigger jobs can be negotiated before starting.
- Payment is based on completed value, not just time spent.
