Payment Rules

  1. Normal responsibilities must still be handled before paid gigs.
  2. Gigs should be approved before starting unless a parent has clearly listed them as available.
  3. A rushed or incomplete job may be sent back for a redo before payment.
  4. Bigger jobs can be negotiated before starting.
  5. Payment is based on completed value, not just time spent.
